@Jolly She doesnt have to. But then, she doesnt have to go to the fundraiser.
Same when President Trump (or any other politician has a fundraiser)
(As I said above, I dont know the background to the story, so dont know if it was a true fundraiser, or people were surprised when they showed up at the door that there was a "cover charge" )
