Trump threatening to deploy troops in the US, then having the Secret Service and US Marshalls fire on peaceful protestors with rubber bullets so he could clear them out for a photo op at St. John’s?

No because Trump's a patriot and everything the police are doing in every city in the country is okay. Also all the protesters are criminals or something or whatever.

      Please love yourself.

What do you think should be done, just let the poor dears burn down all the cities and kill people?

I thought you had no problem with the protesters? No violence on the blocks that were cleared, nothing thrown at the police. They were cleared out with flashbangs, mounted police, and pepper balls shot by military police for a photo op at St. John's.

          Please love yourself.

Yes, that is EXACTLY what happened!
I was there, so I know.
Trump turned and said, "I want a photo-op, so clear the country of all the jerks that get in my way. AND, somebody get me a bible, he he he, now THAT would look good. AND, make sure there's only white guys around me at the photo-op, maybe a couple of good looking babes if they're around."

And, that's exactly what happened, and the reason it all happened.

This is a cameraman working for Australia's Sunrise on 7 getting punched in the face for covering the clearing out by St. John's.

This hasnt been a protest for days now. The entire thing has been hijacked by anarchists, and those who just want to be involved in a peaceful protest should just go home. Theyve made their point. You can point to a few small situations where it was peaceful, but that doesnt alter the fact that the vast majority of what is going on now is not a peaceful protest, it is a bunch of punks destroying things.

I guess as long as someone else pays for the hundreds of millions of dollars of damage, people are paid not to work and only a few people die as collateral damage you are 100% correct.

I guess you have to be able to see both sides of this. Trump’s stunt was an outrage but so is the uncontrolled violence in the cities. It seems like each side is justifying the wrongs of its own side.

As in the left is looking past the damage and lawlessness and the right is looking past the rights to protest. Sorry protesters you are pawns and human shields.

The only thing better, would be if streams of flame shot out from the Bible as Trump raised it above his head, incinerating the looters, thugs and anarchists.

Now, that would have been cool !!!

@Loki these guy’s weren’t rioting or looting, they were standing around it was pretty peaceful. I was listening to one of them being interviewed on the radio when it started. It was quiet in the background, the reporter was describing the peaceful scene, then all hell broke loose as flash bangs began to drop.

Yeah it was terrible and the opposite of what I expected Trump to do Monday night.

I will tell you I have heard people in the suburbs saying they want a gun...people that would never consider one and were opposed in the past. Something is going on.

Ax, as long as you get your information from the Washington Post you will continue to not be able to find your own ass.

                                          This is the Secret Service.

They do the same for any president and the president doesn't get much choice in how they execute it.

I have seen them do some pretty outrageous stuff for Carter, Clinton and Obama. It is how they operate. Personally I don't like how they operate and I have told them so, more than once. It is overkill but that is what they want.
