Wagner Group open youth club in St. Petersburg to foster patriotism and prep for war:
In Soviet times it was referred to as Komsomol, or league of young communists. This time round I guess it could be called The Prigozhin Youth.
Quite the fiefdom within the kingdom the current Tsar’s favourite is building.
