Like many things, there is a "cliff" that may not make sense.
Take this medicine every 4 hours. (3:59 is no good, 4:00 is okay?)
Dont swim in a pool for 30 minutes after eating!! (29 minutes is bad? 31 is okay??)
You break a leg and have a cast on it. One day it is completely on an the next completely off!!Many things have a on-off rather than a gradual slope.
