I actually have to agree, at least in the sense that he’s doing this because she’s black and an affirmative action hire. Do you remember him calling for Gorsuch’s LSAT? Kavanaugh? Barret?

Beyond that though it’s irrelevant. She has a 20+ year career. Judge her on that.

In general, if someone has a stellar career does it really matter if their LSAT was good or bad? And conversely, if someone has a shit career would you hire them anyway for their 172 on the LSAT 30 years ago?

    Nope.

But I remember the comparisons of the college graduation rankings of various presidential candidates.

You can google Kavanaugh LSAT and find millions of people asking that question.

        But no answers

        Yet

I expect TC will address it tonight, I might be wrong

The ratings game is pretty simple

Gotta have something to talk about.

He coulda found something better...Like why didn't Biden nominate a qualified Asian-America (donchya love hyphens?)or maybe he doesn't want a court that reflects America?

I wonder if Mr Carlson complained when President Trump said that he would replace Judge Ginsburg with another woman? 🤔

Nope, I don't dwell on that stuff like some people do. Shame he didn't say he'd nominate a one-eyed, crippled, black Jewish woman and he could have covered more bases than Biden...
