Being considered a madman can be a strategic advantage.
Someone said that Trump's unpredictability is what kept Putin in line wrt Ukraine.
I wonder, though, whether he'll take out satellites that help the Ukraine. Would that be difficult to do?
The Russians have already tested anti-sat weaponry, and the debris actually threatened the ISS.
