Not a chance. That would be the worst thing we can do. The opening of travel between the countries has been astounding. The best thing we can have happen is to have these kids get as much exposure to our culture and our freedoms as possible then go home and compare.
That's how the Soviet Union finally dies for good.

Swallwell thinks returning more talents/manpower to Putin is a great idea?
I guess it depends on how to view those students.
- Are they talents manpower?
- Are they enemy spies?
- Are they potential captives/hostages that can be used as leverage against Putin?
