        Consider...This may kick off one of the greatest nuclear arms races ever seen. If t he West will not protect you from the Russians or Chinese or _______, it certainly helps to have a few nukes laying around.

          @Jolly I saw a story today, can't remember where, making the case that possessing a nuclear arsenal by small(er) countries might actually be a good thing, because of MAD.
