The article mentions that is a new “low noise” model. In other words, people have been bitching at the noise construction vehicles make, so quieter models are being designed despite the safety issues that can pose.

this is all in the steamroller driver. They were driving way too fast, as well.

Yeah, but they've got those scraper blades to clean off the wheels as it rolls, so at least he didn't stick to the wheels.....
