The test is a foregone conclusion. Take it easy. Steroids may help, if your doctor agrees. Zinc, vitamin D and Pepcid can't hurt.

@mik I feel like crap now. Started yesterday. Ended up on the couch all day. Going for a test hopefully today.
Sarah is still not feeling well, but she has had no fever, good O2 stats etc.
So far, mild cases here. Hope it stays mild and just goes away in a day or two.
Everyone here is fully vaccinated and boosted.

Sounds familiar. Jolly is correct that the test is a foregone conclusion. Sleep is your friend, so sleep all you can. Fluids and some Tylenol, vitamins, vitamin C, etc. will help, too. Probably not bourbon or scotch, though I wouldn't stop you if you really want a swig or two.

No alcohol here. I am all out and to be honest, I don't partake as often as I did in the past.
We're hanging in there. Both of us seem to have relatively mild cases. Hope it stays that way!
All of us here have full Moderna vax and boost.
Youngest made home made chicken noodle soup. it's awesome.
Youngest (21) had her test results come back negative and she feels fine. Taking care of her old mom and dad.
Neither one of us has lost our sense of smell or taste.

Late to all of this - but glad you're doing a little better. I hope you both escape this quickly and uneventfully.

Great kiddo you have, Mark! That's a great thing to have when you're ill, chicken noodle soup, and homemade is the best.

My test came back positive. I wasn't expecting anything different.

Thanks for asking TG.
We're getting better. Headache is all but gone. Last night was still restless sleep. Energy levels are not back yet. Drinking a lot of water, taking our vitamins. Appetite is still depressed, which is a good thing for me. lol That doesn't mean I am not eating well. I am.
Mrs. Mark is also feeling better although her test today came back positive again.
I will re-test mid-week and she will re-test in about 7 days.

Patience.
And as you feel better, don't push.
