      That's pretty cool!

      I hope the excision went well and this is not turning into another continuous health issue.

        I remember that his mother attended all of his concerts throughout the world, well into his late 20s. She watched over him like a hawk.

          Sorta related....

          Before the days of Spotify, etc. I was working with an opthamologist who was almost as much of a classical geek as (most of) us are.

          We were starting an enucleation (one of my LEAST favorite operations), and I said, "Brian, what do you want to listen to today?

          "Handel Concerti Grossi"

          (ahem, I just happened to have that on my iPod)

          "Coming right up!"

          He was shocked.

          "Now look here, you Baltic gas passer... " - Mik, 6/14/08

          The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
