I stopped reading when I saw this picture.

      It's a sammich.

Way, WAY, too many ingredients. C'mon man!

I did too. Plus I don't need to be taught how to make a great meatball.

I don't have an air fryer anyway.

I'm just learning. So far, it's working out OK.

Made bacon today - 8 minutes (flipping halfway through).

Yesterday, I made crash-hot potatoes, and cooked them for 20 minutes at 290 vs heating up the big oven to 450 and going for half an hour.

Brats were (as I posted) very good.

Made chicken breasts once, and they were OK. Gotta experiment more.

I love my air fryer and use it almost every day. The microwave was in many ways a culinary crime of technology, but air fryers are ok by me.

            Education is extremely important.

Yeah, I'm really big on the air fryer - and we have a cheap one. I used to grill a lot. Now, it is air fryer. I use it at least once and most often, twice a day. I made teriyaki chicken last night along with egg rolls. I love reheating things in it as well - does a great job.
