I just read this in the local news here. He was a hit in Minnesooota, of course. We loved him and his humor. I don't know much about his early life, except that it was rather brutal for him in many ways, which gave him considerable grief well into adulthood.

He was one of my favorite comedians, so it's sad to see him go. Lymphoma caught up to him.

RIP, Louie.
