We picked and canned 34 jars of green beans.

Nice. My folks and I used to do that. In similar volumes.

Made strawberry syrup here. 1 jar.

      Please love yourself.

Wow! I'm impressed with the quantity and the date. It's a long time until we can have fresh beans here.

We're a few miles south of you. It helps.

BTW, I'll let you in on some inside baseball...The wife was in the ED last night with a kidney stone, which she passed at about nine last night. We walked in the house at 11pm.

She beat me out to the garden this morning. Tough gal.

@Jolly Glad to hear she's OK.

I've had two kidney stones - certainly a horrible experience, but once it's gone, it's like "what THE HELL was that?"

And then, it's like nothing happened.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

My first kidney stones lasted for almost a day. Gallstones really suck, but kidney stones take it. Afterward, for days, I was so elated to not feel like that anymore that I was literally high on life.

                Weird shit.

                Please love yourself.

Holy cow! That's the kind of woman who can keep you in line. 😉
