Nah, Gutfeld! has never been presented as anything but a conservative talk show.On a channel that has the word "news" in its name.
BTW, its ratings are often better than Kimmel or Fallon.
Doesn't have anything to do with how healthy it is to listen to him. I'd like to know the span of time it takes the average listener to start hearing murder instructions from their pets after watching that for consecutive hours.

The hosts said many times that they're not meant to be taken seriously. They reminded the audience constantly of that which is most obvious about their programming.
And yet, here we are.
Guess they should've been more explicit!

FFS, no one was better and the "clown-nose-on/clown-nose-off" shtick than Jon Stewart.
And yeah, the horror of people calling a president illegitimate.
