The next part of our home upgrades will likely be a new water heater sometime in the next year. While I was at Lowe’s, the tankless water heater caught my attention and I’m curious if anyone here has had some experience with them?

I’ve used them in VRBOs overseas. Never had a problem but I wouldn’t put much stock in my own limited exposure.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

I installed a Naivien tankless about ten years ago. I like it. However I also do all my own annual maintenance on it. Too expensive to have a plumber come out once a year to run vinegar through the system. Costs me $10.00 for vinegar plus a pump that paid for itself on the first system flush.

Freed up a whole lot of space in the basement ( we had two sixty gallon tanks) and saved on the monthly gas bill.

          Elbows up!
