So, if I read this correctly, being non-white gives you more "points" with everything else being equal.

What’s particularly immoral is that they separately score all the correlates of race that actually do increase the average risk of blacks. So they really are preferencing race per se.
And look you get the same points for not being white as you do for being an immunocompromised transplant patient.

So, the next question that no one wants to ask is this:
Is there a racial preference for infection by SARS-CoV-2, or is it something different, like societal?

The reason Utah can get away with this is interesting - it will make bugger all difference to who gets treated, and they can all feel great about themselves.
