          COVID comes in waves. You do a few here and a few there and then you get smoked. During the "getting smoked" phase, you are running out of kits and are becoming desperate. You don't want another manufacturer, because then you have to do a new method comparison to satisfy the CLIA gods. So you ask for what you can get. Short dated? Send 'em!

          The BD kits I was using Sunday expired on the 22nd. They had been in the lab for a week.
