Dude, we bees cracka-jackin' the streps, flus and COVIDs this mawnin'. Almost no flu, one positive strep and a butt-load of COVID. Interestingly enough, the positive Strep was also positive for COVID (teenage patient).
Not one admit. None.
Flu kits are on backorder and I'm down to one test. I'm on my last strep kit and I don't know if we can get any more. COVID tests, I got. Opinions...
- Docs need to change their damn ordering pattern. We got horses, not zebras. You get a negative COVID and you need to R/O strep, order it then.
- People with a low grade fever and the sniffles need to keep their ass out of the ED.
