Long, but thoughtful, investigative article on Arizona's child welfare issues. Particularly, the diversion of general welfare resources to child welfare that then makes things worse. I.e., the dynamics of cutting "general welfare" making things harder for parents that then make life even worse for children that then require more "child welfare." The article traces the issue back to welfare reform law signed by Clinton.

I read it and I understand it just fine. You on the other hand do not understand the situation at all. Neither does any other democrat.

Where's the father?
Why can't she afford rent?
Why is she working multiple PT retail jobs, the lowest paid jobs (along with fast food) on the job chain?
There are reasons people fail, many of them government induced.
