Or rum. Or vodka. Or beer...

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

Should not be a problem anymore.

A U.S. appeals court on Friday declared unconstitutional a nearly 158-year-old federal ban on home distilling, calling it an unnecessary ‌and improper means for Congress to exercise its power to tax.

The 5th ‌U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled in favor of the nonprofit Hobby Distillers Association and four of its 1,300 members.

They argued that people should be free to distill spirits at home, whether as a hobby or for personal consumption including, in one instance, to create an apple-pie-vodka recipe.

The difference Between CH3 OH and CH3 CH2 OH is slight and there is no way to tell them apart (except through the "blind" test.) Best leave home distilling alone. Making a mistake in the distillation process and cooking methanol isn't easy to do but it can be done. It's not worth the chance when you can get a handle of Popov for $12 at the local store. Brew beer if you want to make something.

And the basement explosions… Don’t forget those… Time to move out of our townhouse…

It didn’t say anything about masturbation.
