According to the article, a printed copy is acceptable. She'd be good to go.

Just as an exercise in futility, what good are vaccination cards for a disease of the vaccinated?

Ive had all 3 vaccine shots. No one forced me to take them, i did it by choice. But the day someone tells me i have to carry a card or some other form of proof of that before i can go somewhere is the day i start kicking asses. And i feel sorry for those who dont understand why.
