    Daughter left today, rainy and a bit chilly, considering it was 69F on Christmas Day. A good day for comfort food. This was about my favorite dish among all the wonderful things my beloved MIL made. Not terribly healthy, but absolutely delicious and easy.

      I just hollered upstairs to ask MFR if she smelled anything familiar. She said "I know what you are doing already - I'm on Facebook!".
