Mike Detillier can probably read Sean Payton's mind about as well as anybody. When Payton drafted Book in the fourth round, somebody asked Detillier why Sean was drafting a back-up QB? Mike told the questioner, "Sean drafted him to start".
I hope the kid does well. He's been handed a herculean task, with so many Saints on the COVID list and his lack of practice time.
