Turns out Hispanics are not woke white people. Who’d thunk it.
Maybe it’s time to reclassify what color they truly are.

George Zimmerman was a "White Hispanic" if you recall.
Because a real
LatinxHispanic wouldn't have killed Trayvon. -

Nobody is more divorced from reality than a high status white lefty. This has actually been studied and proven. Not that those of us with a modicum of observational skills needed it to be proven.

I dunno. There are some conservatives who can't see what Trump did for the party. Peeling off some of the black vote and a lot of the latino vote is a really BFD, for a party that wants to regain power.

Not sure President Trump had that big an impact. Seems like the black vote for Republicans has gone up and down over time. Maybe bring back President Ford? LOL Even President Nixon got a higher % of black votes than President Trump
Same with the other races.

We bitch about Democrats playing identity politics then we start huzzahing because the party is doing better with Blacks and Latinos? Isn’t that identity politics?

Not really. What Trump did, was similar to a bit of the Reagan Revolution. Reagan brought in blue-collar whites, along with a bump in latinos and blacks. I think Trump also held a lot of appeal for blue-collar whites, but I think he really made some inroads with middle class latinos that are getting killed in the skilled labor market by illegals. Look at Texas and the voting patterns there. I think the black vote was two things...Black males, due to prison reform and suburban, middle class blacks.

No, it's huzzahing at the fact that the party of no identity politics can break off a chunk of people from the other side, who are supposed to conform to their identity politics, but who do not.
