Speaking of Sous Vide Turkey

I just threw some leftover turkey into the freezer. Vacuum sealed, and we'll probably get to it in a month or so.
I was thinking, hey, it's already cooked, and all I really need to do is heat it up to a presentable temperature.
Can I sous vide this? What should I set the temperature at?
