    I just threw some leftover turkey into the freezer. Vacuum sealed, and we'll probably get to it in a month or so.

    I was thinking, hey, it's already cooked, and all I really need to do is heat it up to a presentable temperature.

    Can I sous vide this? What should I set the temperature at?

            That's also a good way to rejuvenate a day old steak. Sous vide to desired temperature and sear over hot-as-possible pan for 30 seconds each side.

            Education is extremely important.
