    Just wondering, do they really make a difference? Considering the delay in implementing them (this one has another 3 days before it's implemented), it seems to me that all you're doing is postponing, and not preventing, the inevitable.

    This variant is already in Belgium and Israel. How long.....

      Hard to say. Not sure why we can’t implement immediate testing on those coming from hot zones.

              @george-k I dont think so, unless in very specific instance

              1. small isolated or island land mass (Taiwan, New Zealand, etc.)
              2. has to be done with other measures
                A. strict contact tracing
                B. quarantine of all arrivals
                c. etc

              I agree that it is like you have said - it just postpones things, does not prevent things.
