“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

It’s Branca. He is a big self defense guy.

He was also one of the most insightful live-bloggers during the trial.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

These are cases where there is little or no evidence inconsistent with self-defense, such that there can no good-faith reason for a prosecutor to drag that defender to trial. The only motivation of the prosecutor is personal aggrandizement and political capital.

Here's a thought exercise for the "both sides are equally bad" among us. Does the political right perpetrate these sorts of groundless prosecutions?

        Education is extremely important.

If you're not just talking about the United States of America, then obviously the answer is yes.

          I was only joking

Yeah when I talk about this stuff I'm talking about American culture and where the pendulum's currently at.
