New cases are up 17% over the last two weeks…

US. We went from a rolling 7 day average of 72K to 87K. I’m sure that it’s mostly regional increases but am a bit too busy to dig into it.

I think we've got one of the lower rates in the nation. Probably tick up again around Christmas...

On the case rate...I wonder what the dominate strain is and I wonder if the virus is mutating to a less lethal form?

7-Day average has increased by over 30% over the last two leek. Big increases locally, too.
Oh, and hospitalizations are up.

Yeah, but it's a little early for the hospitalizations to start increasing. Typically that is 4-6 weeks after the number of cases increase.
