        One of my favorite items from Costco, also the closest one to “Soylent Green” that I can think of. Very light in calories and virtually no protein however, so it won’t make a meal by itself even if you eat a lot of it in one sitting.

            Mostly fiber. I like seaweed. Kind of chewy, but a good flavor.
