Slow cooker bolognese. I was going to make it (as the recipe calls for) using 2 lb of ground beef, but I halved the recipe, figuring...too much.

@George-K I might make something similar today; have a ton of ground beef & tomatoes, some veggies, not much else. And some of that's in danger of going bad, so that looks like a good option.

@brenda I don't know why I keep doing these, but they're fun to do and somehow make me feel better. So, as new ideas come I'll keep doin' em.
