        Back in the day, living in a 90 year old house with zero insulation, I would frequently spend $400 or more per month for heating (natural gas which also heated our water and used for cooking, so...)

        However, in the condo, with heated spaces above me, below me, and on two of the four spaces next to me our gas bills have been ridiculously low.

        This year, $487.54.
