So apparently Ziegler showed up at a hearing this week with his nails painted and wearing women's earrings... I don't know the full story, yet...

Would explain a lot of things, wouldn't it?

        Remind us who Ziegler is…

He’s the now fired Superintendent that hid the sexual assaults and is facing several criminal charges.

I don’t think it’s anything more than his trying to show that he’s an ally. The whole college crowd is painting their fingernails for any and all causes. Hell, Luke did for a semester.

@LuFins-Dad my house has genderless bathrooms...

But, srsly, as long as there's privacy, i don't think it should be an issue. Of course, that presumes everyone would behave themselves.

                    Now, locker rooms, otoh.

As a student, I don't want to have to sit and listen to the beautiful girl I've been hopelessly admiring from afar in a romantic haze (this is hypothetical, you understand) squeezing out a massive turd in the next stall.

                      I really don't.

I will remind you again that this is a school system that has had issues with male and female students meeting in the bathrooms for sex. Which has led to sexual assaults now occurring in the bathrooms. Now you are even removing the prohibition of going into the other toilet.

This may have seemed like a reasonable though expensive compromise before the assaults came to light, and how little oversight is at play in the schools, but now? Not even close. Top it off with the demand/need for women’s only spaces…

SHTF today… Circuit judge came down demanding they release the results of the Investigation. Said attorney/client privilege doesn’t cut it since the attorney was paid with public funding.

The school board is panicking stating that it was their lawyers fault and that the information will destroy current and former employees…

@Aqua-Letifer Jeffrey Morse was quoted as saying that the release would have “negative impacts” on current and possibly former staff. The reports I have heard by a few acquaintances is that it’s worse than negative consequences.

Ziegler and Byard are already facing charges. There may be a few other employees at risk as well. The board is safe from prosecution though,
