Greta Thunberg says COP26 organisers may be ‘too scared’ to invite her
Geta Thunberg says she hasn’t been ‘officially’ invited to COP26 and thinks it’s because politicians fear she may make them ‘look bad.’
The teenage activist is expected to attend the summit, which will take place in Glasgow from Monday, but says she is not on the official guest list.
COP26 will see leaders from around the world gather to discuss climate change and how to combat it.
The summit is being seen by many as the ‘last opportunity’ for humanity to prevent global temperatures from rising beyond 1.5C.
