The guy is not a hero for killing a woman on the other side of a wall. Her name is Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, and not just some Magat bitch.
That makes her, what, a patriot?
She thought she was. Erroneously, but in her mind not trying to tear the country down, but trying to save the rule of law and the Constitution.

So did Snowden and you had absolutely no problem throwing his ass under the bus. Then later complained about the very things he brought to light. So, whatever.

Here's an informed opinion for you...What Byrd did was stupid. STUPID.
What Trump did was worse. He created the problem.
You can ignore it all you like, but your guy did this. I was amazed that only one person was killed on that day. It could easily have been a bloodbath.

Oh, bull shit.
This thread pisses me off. The article makes vague allegations, you act like it's all proven fact. Then based on that falsity you go whole hog into blaming Trump for it, try to make the whole thing sound like the worst case of treason to ever exist, then you, Jon, and a few others attack the woman who got shot, call her a "maggot", a "bitch", ......
This is why it's a waste of time tryi g to have a discussion with a democrat. You create a totally fucked up narrative based almost totally on self invented bull shit, and then get on your self righteous horse and gallop off into the sunset.
BULL SHIT!! Every God damned bit of what you're saying is pure unadulterated bull shit.

I did not attack the woman. I said she was a mostly innocent victim, and didn't call her any of the words you claim, and I said her death was a tragedy.
If you're going to try and insult me, at least read what I wrote and don't put words into my mouth.

That was your response to my post. How does "you, Jon and a few others" not include me? You put me as the first person in the list of people who attacked her.

My God..,.
Forget the fucking name calling. That didn't have a fucking thing to do with what I was saying to you. Now that that's clear, look at what you DID say, and look at what I had to say about what you DID say. Everything you DID say is bull shit.

Lao Tzu wrote, "Of a good leader, who talks little, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, [the people] will say, “We did this ourselves.”
Thank god for Trump! By disregarding this advice, he saved us from the burden of a responsbility for which we are hopelessly unqualified.

Forget context. The lame stream media taught me over the last five years that context is irrelevant.

Sure, I'll forget all that stuff where you completely misrepresented what I said about the victim, as it's clearly not important. Let's move on and talk about how Donald Trump is completely blameless for the poor woman's death, when she took part in a protest that he instigated. That would be great.

I guess you missed the part about the FBI operative trying to brain the Capitol Police with a sign, while urging others to do the same.

Sure, it was all the fault of Deep State. Nobody on the right should take any responsibility for what happened.

It was nobody’s fault, it was everybody’s fault. Who cares. It was a spontaneous outburst of uncontainable enthusiasm and selfie taking.

I don't think that's what I've said. I think I've been pretty consistent...Trump never incited anybody to riot. He did call on the crowd to march down to the Capitol and make their voices heard. Most went back to their hotels after the rally. Nobody anticipated violence, not Trump, not the Capitol Police and not even Nancy Pelosi. The Trump Whitehouse had made contact with the Speaker's office and offered additional security, which was ignored.
Crowds do what crowds do sometime and turned into a mob. Even at that, they weren't trying to burn the place to the ground, like the typical antifa bunch. But yes, they did need to be brought under control. Sadly, one of the protesters was shot and killed.
I'd have a lot more sympathy for Byrd, if he hadn't already had a proven record of being unsafe with his weapon, if he would not have shot Babbitt on the other side of a wall, and if he had not endangered his brother officers.
The shooting would have been more righteous, if Byrd had shot her after breaching the wall and if his principal had been in immediate danger.

Radicalised tourists.
Sorry, I meant ridiculised tourists.
