Look at them. They couldn't possibly swim. Short fat legs, big fat body. No way can something with that design swim.
Kill people? No way. They don't even have sharp teeth, and anyone could outrun such a fat, overweight, well..., hippo.
Closet cousins (whatever that means, er... Sic) to whales. My god man, one lives in the water, the other fat lardass plumps along on land.

They are the most lethal critter in Africa, killing more than any of the great cats, rhinos, crocs, snakes, etc...
