I wanna dish with you about cottage cheese.
I have gone over to the CC side. I've eaten more of it in the past two weeks than I have in my whole life. What a miracle food! Low calorie, low carb . . . great!
My question: Do you have a preference as to small curd versus large curd? Flavor, texture, whatever? Or do you just get whatever the store has available?

Haven't done CC in...forever!
I love it, and somehow, I keep forgetting about it. I have no preference for small/large curd. It's all wonderful.
And screw all the "fruity" additions. Eat it the way it comes, perhaps seasoned up with some freshly-ground pepper. That's all it needs.
Thanks for reminding me about it!

Also, avoid the "low-fat" shit.

I eat tons of cottage cheese. At least once a day. Usually with some kind of fresh fruit. Also, I mix it into a lot of other stuff, like porridge.
But I believe the kind of cottage cheese we have over here, “Quark”, is virtually unknown in the US.
