          I saw a video on youtube the other day showing the homeless people in Philadelphia. Every few feet there would be some person stand like he was frozen in time, bent over, or leaning over so far it looked like he would fall down but just as still as a statue. Then all of a sudden they jerk back to reality and start walking along normal like nothing had happened, only to get about another 20 or 30 yards and just freeze in place again. I wondered what drug caused that. Is it this flakka stuff?
