My Dog is Jealous and Lazy

My dog is jealous and lazy. Sometimes, when I call his name, and he is already comfortable lying on his bed, he just looks at me but doesn't move. But then, when I call his brother, my dog gets up immediately and comes to me for petting, because he hates it when his brother gets any attention. He also hates it when he sees his two people hug. He immediately inserts himself between us. I think my dog is funny when he is jealous.

That might be ok if the dogs are the same size.
My daughter's 11-year-old little dog comes over and jumps on me when I arrive, no problem he is little and weighs nothing.
But then she got a big dog last year and he wants the same treatment. He is big enough to knock me over but wants the same jumping privilege as the little dog.
