What's the endgame for people that are demanding that hairdressers and tattoo parlours open up because not being able to use them is more than they can stand, and they're AMERICANS, DAMMIT!

As far as I can tell, most of them still have pretty horrible haircuts even after they've had it cut, so what's the freaking point?
