Can't get into any of these...masks, dancing, any of it. For AGT and The Voice I can only stomach the auditions. Although The Voice has gotten away from more auditions in favor of telling every contestant's sob story beforehand. Ugh.
My nephew was in the running for a singing show that never hit the air like that. He had a pretty idyllic upbringing and they wanted him to manufacture some sort of tragedy or something to gin up sympathy. He refused and was cut.

The Masked Singer, I like. There are some folks on there, you never knew could carry a tune.
