      “Package Tax”. Try “package rates”

      “Washington politicians”. Try “President Trump”.

But they’re playing to the audience with that language.

But, is the rate increase proposal factual?

I think so. I have no beef with people being against rate increases when they conflict with their economic interest. But sometimes the language manipulation is so manifest that it seems to play against them.

President Trump doesn't appear to be a big fan of the USPS. Presumably, if they came out and said that, they believe they wouldn't get a lot of the supporters they're trying for.

            I was only joking
