The Chain
-
I've been reading multiple stories about companies reconsidering their supply chains and their commitment to JIT delivery.
Multiple global sites, including a lot in North and South America, are being considered for production factories. Not all production or even the majority of production, but factories that can supply some product during supply problem from China or the Pacific Rim. Factories with output that can be scaled up quickly, if needed.
