COVID hits the Saints

Lies. All the coaches have been vaccinated.

If you go to the Nick Underhill tweet, he cites Sean Payton saying just last week all Saints coaches and staff have been vaccinated. BTW, Sean also has natural immunity.

Lies. They can’t have COVID. The CDC says breakthrough only occur in 1 out of 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 cases! And all of those reports from Israel, the UK, Massachusetts, Colorado, and other places saying 40% of Covid cases are breakthroughs are wrong!

Yes, there seems to be a ridiculous number of vaccinated sports figures who are sidelined by covid.
My assumption is that they have been exposed, and don't necessarily have the virus.
Isn't that part of the protocol? They have to quarantine if they are near someone with the virus.

One player, several coaches and a nutritionist...

From the article: "The people said the entire Saints coaching staff had been vaccinated."
And 6 got it? But the authorities tell me that breakthrough cases are like one in a brazillion... It has to be a mistake... More of those lying New Englanders, I bet.

You still have to look at the population data unless the authorities are lying. There is the Rhode Island pocket as well. So either it’s just chance happens like this with over 100 million people, we are being lied to or something else is going on.
Your educated guess.

And you're delusional.
We've seen a ton of breakthrough cases. The Lake and BRG were running over 10% of their COVID wards with breakthroughs. Thankfully, you do see less deaths.

It's simple, it really is. The CDC stated back in May that they were only going to record Breakthrough Cases that reached the hospitals. It's a little unclear whether that meant they visited a hospital or had to be hospitalized. These are the numbers they are repeatedly using. https://www.propublica.org/article/the-cdc-only-tracks-a-fraction-of-breakthrough-covid-19-infections-even-as-cases-surge
The real numbers appear to match up with Israel and the UK, 40% of all new cases, and 10% of the hospitalizations.

I'd say that's probably it.
One stat I would love to know...How many people have had COVID twice?
