I like anything that prevents Congress from passing legislation without significant consensus.

Filibustering to me is the movie with Jimmy Stewart where he filibusters his issue until he passes out.
Beyond that, I have to say I have never given a single thought to filibustering in my life.

Harry Reid is in favor of putting money in the correct pockets.
He pretends to not understand the filibuster
He would stop pretending if it put money in his pocket

I (almost) respect Harry Reid as a savvy politician.
Whatever little respect(ed) I had for him I lost when he accused, on the Senate floor, Mitt Romney of not paying income taxes. He had no evidence, he just said it.
When asked about it, years later, his response was (paraphrased), "He lost, didn't he?"
What a despicable human being.

@kluurs said in Harry Reid: "Kill the filibuster":
@george-k How many politicians can you describe as not being despicable?
Probably about 3.
John Adams (though he might not qualify as a politician)
Thomas Jefferson (though I am not a huge fan)
James Polk
I'm not so sure about Eisenhower. -

When are you going to forgive Gerry Ford for forgiving Nixon?
