Fans of Gallery A like to say that, when Gallery A sold Still Life with Kumquats to Gallery B last year, the average value of the pictures in each gallery went up. Assuming that statement is correct, and that the value of each of the 400 pictures in the galleries' combined holdings is an integral number of dollars, what is the least possible difference between the average picture values of Gallery A and Gallery B before the sale?
