Coming in November. Here’s the trailer. Color me less than impressed.

Don't know who the guy is at Amazon that green-lights their projects, but he could do better.

Never read the book(s). Is this fantasy more than sci-fi?

Speaking of skeptical, I'm still skeptical about how "Foundation" will turn out.

(They should finish the last three books of "The Expanse" instead.)

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

A trailer with a bunch of women using magic and guys with swords. Hmmm, I wonder…

It’s a very successful fantasy book series, but I was leery from the beginning. The core characters except 1 were all from a small town that has been secluded from the rest of the world for thousands of years. It’s a main plot point. The old blood runs true…The main character is a bit of an aberration as his father had broken custom and left the village to travel and returned with an outsider wife. She and her son stood out as not looking like the rest of the village.

So when they announce the show, what’s the first thing they do? Shoot for the most diverse cast ever! Black, Asian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, and one white guy all living in a secluded hamlet that has intermarried for thousands of years… Sure, that makes sense… It’s going to be a woke nightmare. Especially dealing with empowering women…

The whole point of the fucking books was that that's not the way to go! The reds were the ones fucking everything up for shit's sake.

            I'm not watching this.

            Please love yourself.

Screw that. I'll be watching some Connery-era Bond out of spite.

                Please love yourself.
