Hit Me

I think he’ll get his wish.
But his desire to get hit isn’t that unusual for a QB. Most QB’s are pretty vocal about wanting to get that first hit out of the way. The guy that enjoyed it most was Andrew Luck. That guy would get up after a huge sack with a grin on his face and tell the defender what a great hit it was.
Whatever happened to Andrew?

Speaking of football . . . I guess Mik knows of Cleveland's plans to change the Indians' name to Guardians.
Wow, is that a name to strike terror in the hearts of the other 31 or what???
Guardian player to opposition tackle: "Oh no, you don't. I'm not going to get violent or anything because we're Guardians and we don't do that, but if you even look like laying a glove on my guy, Ima slap you right in the shoulder pad! And I'm not kidding, buster!"
Don't see them making it as far as the Super Bowl, nope, nope.

Uh, @Catseye3 ? The Indians/Guardians are baseball… The Cleveland football team is named The Browns, though we just call them the ****stains.

Really good question. A ton of talent, he was a dual threat QB, similar to Burrow, but more talented. Guy could play, but he picked up a good many injuries. He was out an entire year with a shoulder, came back and threw for almost 4600 yards and lost to the KCC in the Divisional. For that, he won Comeback Player of the Year.
Not long after, he cited injuries and retired at 29. The guy's only 31 and I think he could still play, maybe another five years. If I was the Colts, I'd offer him a goodly sum or trade his rights.
Something many folks do not know, is that when a player retires, he is still listed on a team's roster. His status is Inactive/Retired and his rights are still owned by his club.

@lufins-dad Well, that's embarrassing.
