For basically my entire adult life I’ve had stomach problems. Reflux, gastritis, and various other minor discomforts that when added up cause a major pain in the ass…I’ve had multiple medicines prescribed and none of it has worked well.
A few weeks ago, somebody talked me into chewing a piece of ginger twice a day. I’ve heard about people recommending ginger before, but it always hit me as a granola chick type of thing. More placebo than anything. Still, I finally figured “why not?”, so I started chewing a little piece… Holy crap, this stuff works! If you have stomach issues, give it a shot! It’s even helping my reflux… It’s intense as hell when you first bite into it, but you get used to it quickly…
